Moms rule
With the exception of our family and most children under 6, everyone smokes here. I was taken aback by the pervasive and prevalent cigarette odor which has greeted us in every public and some private places! I grabbed my towel after showering and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Unless Elizabeth is taking a few drags surreptiously in my bathroom, the neighbors are smoking or the odor is a permanent part of the paint. Nasty!! We were driving and the same smell inundated the interior of the truck. After some looking, we finally saw that the person driving the car in front of us was smoking. Thank goodness it wasn't Elizabeth lighting up in back!! There are invisible people who smoke, too - we often smell it when no one is around. Weird, huh? I guess people get too cold during the winter and have to warm up by inhaling fire and carcinogens. Whatever lights your fire -

You don't realize how good we have it in Ca until you leave. I have noticed the same thing when traveling. It seems so odd to have people smoke in a restaurant. Hope you had a nice Christmas. Good luck tomorrow in your new ward. Try not to scare them on your first day. Congrats on your blog look. I still have Christmas on mine, I'll catch up next week.
I don't know...being an ex-smoker, I kind of like the smell of someone smoking. We were in traffic and I told Victor that I could smell smoke. He said the ppl in the car behind us were smoking. Sad, that I could smell a car back lol. Instead of being disgusted I thought it smelled pretty good. :P
Oh dang mom, you caught me. I've been taking drags in your bathroom every day, and then trying to disguise it, man my covers blown crud! :)
Always remember to NOT blog stuff that you would prefer your mom not to know!!! Fresh cigarette smoke is something I secretly like. It reminds me of the western riding shows we always were in. However, this is so prevalent that it's getting annoying.
